District's Public Works Projects Bidding Process

Thank you for the interest expressed by your firm to be included on the Columbia Valley Water District Small Works Roster.  For projects less than $350,000, Columbia Valley Water District utilizes a small works roster to solicit bids for public works construction projects.  Businesses, who would like to provide construction, repair, or maintenance services for small public works projects under $300,000 are placed on a District small works roster.  Per State Statute RCW 39.04.155, public agencies may choose to use a roster as an alternative to advertising its project.  If you would like to be placed on CVWD Small Works Roster, please fill out the application and submit it to the District Office.  If you have any questions, please contact staff at (360)599-1699 or email: manager@cv-wd.com. 

Please note:  All applications must be updated at least once every 2 years.  If your application was received by the District over 2 years ago, please submit an updated application to remain on the roster.

Projects valued at more than $350,000 are advertised in “The Bellingham Herald”.
